Services (as defined below) managed by ITPOINT are subjected to these Terms of Service, excluding any other terms and conditions stipulated or referred to by you, the Customer. You accept that you are aware of the contents of and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Any updates or new features added to the current Service shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.
ITPOINT keeps the right as its absolute and sole discretion to change, modify, delete, update or suspend these Terms of Service (or any part thereof) without prior notice to the customer. As per this condition, you understand and accept that you have to review these Terms of Service regularly.
ITPOINT shall have the exclusive sole and absolute right to terminate, discontinue or withdraw the provision of the Service to the customer, in case of any violation of these Terms of Service. If this event occurred, ITPOINT keeps its right to pursue any remedy/relief according to the law, which includes but is not limited to injunction, damages, and/or specific action.
Description of the Service
- The services provided by ITPOINT are available and accessible via this website.
- The services currently provided by ITPOINT include but shall not be limited to the following (the “Service”): Product keys sales and/or any other service made available by ITPOINT from time to time.
- You must be 18 years or older to use the Service. Parental consent is needed or involvement shall be required if you are not 18y.o yet.
- You must provide your full legal name, actual address, valid email address, and any other data needed to complete the signup process. All data provided by you shall be valid and complete.
- You are solely responsible for keeping your password secure and intact. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are solely and fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account, whether or not you have authorized such activities or actions. ITPOINT cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain the security of your account and password.
Software codes/product keys will be sent via email without additional charge. We do not send physical goods.
Software codes/product keys are delivered worldwide.
Goods guarantees and refunds:
- Majority of the goods have 12 months guarantee period within which ITPOINT replaces or refunds any faulty goods when the cause of the fault is made by the producer of the product
- If delivery is not possible for some reason, we will process a full refund.
- If you received the wrong item, and if the software code is not activated/used, a refund/replacement option is possible.
- If the software code cannot be activated for some unknown reasons, you need to contact us within 48 hours from the time of purchase, and a refund/replacement option is possible.
- If the purchased item causes you any trouble, please contact us first by describing your problem and supporting it with evidence (like screenshots or photos), so we will have a clear idea of how to address and solve this problem. We have IT specialists who will assist you in software installation/activation.
- ITPOINT has the right to cancel any new order which could be considered a fraud order (for example some unauthorized / fraud payments). Such paid orders will be immediately refunded and the goods will not be sent.
- As our sole decision, we have a right to cancel orders for customers only if the customer didn’t perform any product activation which is monitored via our online system.
- We cannot cancel orders if you have already received the activation code, as there is no possibility to re-sell that item.
Additional General Conditions
- All rates are in EUR currency. Items rates that are listed on our website in other currencies are accurate exchange rates at the time of publishing, but they only serve as an estimate due to exchange rate fluctuations. You will be charged in EUR when purchasing goods.
- ITPOINT has the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Service for any reason, without notice at any time. ITPOINT shall not be liable to you or any 3rd parties should ITPOINT exercise our right to modify, suspend or terminate the Service or any part thereof.
- ITPOINT has the right to refuse to provide the Service to anyone for any reason at any time.
- You fully understand and agree that ITPOINT shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the Service.
- In no event shall ITPOINT or our suppliers be liable for lost profits or any special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our site, our services, or this agreement.
- We make our best to deliver all goods on time, however; in the unlikely situation of an item or service being delivered later than promised, you are entitled to a full refund if you have not already received the item. However, this matter does not entitle you to any form of additional compensation for damages or any other reason, and you agree that only a full refund will be made.
