The customer has a right to claim a refund during the first 2 years after the purchase date by getting in touch with our customer service. The customer doesn’t need to return the item. The software key will simply be removed and canceled. Therefore, there is no return charge for the customer.
The claim refund will be processed through the same payment method used by the customer in 48-72 hours.
Items have 12 months guarantee period in which ITPOINT replaces or refunds any problematic item when the problem occurred to the producer guilt.
If delivery is not possible for some reason, we will process a full refund.
If you received the wrong item, and if the software code is not activated/used, a refund/replacement option is possible.
If the software code cannot be activated for some unknown reasons, you need to contact us within 48 hours from the time of purchase, and a refund/replacement option is possible.
If the purchased item causes you any trouble, please contact us first by describing your problem and supporting it with evidence (like screenshots or photos), so we will have a clear idea of how to address and solve this problem. We have IT specialists who will assist you in software installation/activation.
